Auto Secure’s Price Match Guarantee

If you buy a product on our website and find the same item for less on another website within 48 hours of purchase, we will refund you the difference.

To Make a Claim

Send us an email at info@autossecure.co.uk with the following information:

• Your order number of your purchase with us.

• The website name where you saw the cheaper item with a screenshot of the offer that clearly shows the price.

• Your full name and contact phone number.

Refund

We will email you within 3 working days to confirm whether your claim has been accepted, and if approved, we will process the refund. Please allow a maximum of 14 days for the payment to be credited to the same card/payment method that you used to make the original purchase.

What Qualifies for the Price Match Guarantee

• If it’s a strap, it must be the same length, width webbing, break strength/lashing capacity, webbing material, and have the same fittings (buckle, ratchet, hook, etc.) to qualify.

• The strap must be available from an online retailer only, excluding auction sites such as eBay and marketplace resellers such as Amazon.

• The Price Match Guarantee will not apply if the cheaper offer on the other website is part of a limited-time promotion, promo code, or member’s discount.

• When assessing your request, we will compare only the total product price (which includes the cost of the strap plus any handling and delivery charges, as well as any taxes, fees, or other charges, whether payable at the time of order or at the time of delivery).
